 PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS

  
 By Tradition, the Catholic Church dedicates each month of the year to a certain devotion. In July, it is the Precious Blood of Jesus. The Feast of the Precious Blood, established by Pope Pius IX is celebrated each year on the first Sunday of July.   Below is a short prayer that can be incorporated into our daily prayers during the Month of the Precious Blood.   Prayer: Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ in atonement for my sins, and in supplication for the holy souls in purgatory and for the needs of holy Church.
